Undergraduate

Qualifications we accept for undergraduate study

You will need to complete a foundation programme, such as the à½à½AV à½à½AV Foundation Year, or other level 3 qualifications such as A-levels or the à½à½AV Baccalaureate

English Language minimum for undergraduate study

You will need West African Examinations Council (WAEC) West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) with English at grade C6, IELTS 6.0 overall, GCSE English C or 4 or an equivalent qualification: Check which English language qualifications we accept.

Applicants who have studied in Sierra Leone for at least two years to complete an undergraduate degree, where the medium of instruction was English, are not required to undertake further English language tests.

Postgraduate

Qualifications we accept for postgraduate study

From 3 - 6 year Bachelor degree (Honours)

If we ask for 1st, you need:

  • Class I
  • 70-100%
  • A-
  • 4.0/5.0 GPA

If we ask for 2.1, you need:

  • Class II (upper)
  • 60-69%
  • B+
  • 3.5/5.0 GPA

If we ask for 2.2, you need:

  • Class II (lower)
  • 50-59%
  • B
  • 2.75/5.0 GPA
